The annual general meeting of Forum mille-Isles will be held at 7:30 PM on Friday the 28th of October 2011. Election of members to the Executive Council of Forum Mille-Isles will be held on this occasion. Our bylaws and rules state that it is at this meeting that the membership shall elect those who desire contributing two (2) years of service as an executive member of Forum Mille-Isles.

This year two terms come to expiration, that of Manon Laroche (president) and that of France Gosselin (treasurer). Madame Gosselin advises that she will not present herself for another two (2) year mandate. Madame Laroche will seek another two (2) year mandate if the membership so desires. Monsieur Serge Robert will withdraw from the Executive Council having being on said council since the foundation of Forum Mille-Isles. Therefore three (3) seats will be available and have to be filled at our next general assembly. Misters Steve Côté and Franz Sayers will remain on the Executive Council for another year.
